Does He Really Want Play For The Cavs Again?

Just this morning it was announce that the Cavs have made a 3 team trade to clear up cap space for a potential Lebron signing.

The Cavaliers traded Sergey Karasev and Jarrett Jack to the Brooklyn Nets and sent Tyler Zeller and a future first-round draft pick to the Boston Celtics. Marcus Thornton also was sent from Brooklyn to Boston.

The move clears enough salary cap space for Cleveland to offer James a max deal and bring him back to his home town team.  The longer he doesn't sign with Miami the more obvious it seems that going home is what he wants.

The Cavaliers weren't very good last year but they do have a lot of young and very talented players.  Having Lebron will immediately make everyone on the roster better and make the Cavs a lock for the playoffs.  Kyrie Irvning, Andrew Wiggins, Tristan Thompson, Anderson Varejao, and Lebron James....that's not a bad lineup and in the Eastern Conference that is a pretty darn good one.

From the outside leaving Miami just doesn't make sense.  Pat Riley has come through on all his promises to Lebron,  is a masterful persuader in recruiting players, and has a championship pedigree.  He will make sure Miami competes for a championship again if Lebron goes back.

What everyone is underestimating is Lebron's heart.  Home is where the heart is.  His family probably wants to go back, he can make a max deal, and have a chance to compete for a title.  And who knows maybe Lebron is happy with two rings and whatever he wins next will just be icing on the cake,  Could be?

Either way the Cavs are going for it and the whole basketball world will be waiting for the decision part II.  All teams and remaining free agents are waiting for this move.
